What is the improvement of the project acceptance associated with the different options? The assessment is based on information documented earlier (Steps 3.4, 6.1).

To ease the process of analysis, we suggest to use the ’acceptance and feasibility table’ which helps summarises the acceptance of different options, the type of action required, as well as the feasibility of the options from the project manager’s perspective.

Role of the acceptance & feasibility table in the wider ESTEEM process

This table helps the project manager and consultant to systematically evaluate the stakeholder acceptance and feasibility of different project improvement options.
