Driving a sustainable project is very much about managing expectations and visions of the future. How articulated and how shared are these expectations?

This step is to help you identify the different visions and expectations of the main actors and stakeholders of the projects. To do so, we suggest to proceed through the 4 basic actions listed below.

The 4 actions process is as follows:

2.1. Collect the project manager present vision

2.2. Define the project manager future vision

2.3. Select your core group of stakeholders

2.4. Identify stakeholders expectations and future visions

• about six interviews /or one meeting/ with all the stakeholders
