5.3. Workshop wrap up and synthesis
Wrap up and synthesis of the meeting with stakeholders can be made by using our ‘workshop report’. This template will help you consider the different important aspect that need to be reported and to acknowledge the different stakeholders contribution. For validation and acceptance purposes, we suggest to send it to all the participants and possibly to additional stakeholders you might think of including but would not participate.
Role of the return of the workshop wrap up and synthesis in the wider ESTEEM process | The workshop report has two main functions. As a synthesis of the meeting with stakeholder, it will help the project manager to get a good overview of the reactions to different options. A descriptive report sent to all participants will demonstrate to them that their viewpoint was taken into consideration and will help build trust relationships. |
